Last week, PUBG Mobile India posted a teaser on its official YouTube channel, only to delete it soon after. The official teaser poster confirms the leak. soon to be relaunched as Battlegrounds Mobile India, South Korea’s Krafton Inc confirmed the same today.
Its official website, new logo and other details are out.

The game will be released under the new name Battlegrounds Mobile India and will be launched as a free-to-play offering on mobile devices. There will be a pre-registration period before launch (at a date to be announced later).
The official website for Battlegrounds Mobile India went live, which not only confirms that PUBG Mobile will be coming back in India but also that it will be renamed for the Indian market.
The official website has says “Coming Soon” suggesting the game could launch in India anytime soon. The webpage links to the official YouTube channel for the battleground but it has no videos at the moment.
It is also worth mentioning that there is no mention of PUBG anywhere on the website. We can see “Krafton” written there, which, as you might know, is the company behind PUBG.

Battlegrounds Mobile India rules for players under 18 years of age
- Minors will not be allowed to play for more than three hours
- In-App purchases are limited to Rs 7,000 per day
Popular PUBG content creator Maxtern told SportsKeeda that the developers are planning to release the game title by the end of May or at the beginning of June.
It would be interesting to see what new changes in the gameplay and also the Regional gaming experience provided with that.
